What is Impact Score?
The user impact score is an auto-calculated score that helps product managers resurface the highly requested feature ideas.
It represents the number of people who've requested a feature, weighted by how important it is to them. Intercom developed a scoring system for estimating a project’s impact score:
3 = massive impact 2 = high impact 1 = medium impact .5 = low impact .25 = minimal impact
