How does the free trial work?
You can sign up for free without a credit card and use Rapidr to capture feedback, plan your roadmap, and announce product releases. However, some features are only available once you upgrade to a paid plan.
What is the difference between a user and a team member?
A user is your customer who can vote, comment, and leave feedback on your feedback portal. A team member is your teammate who can do all things a user can do, but also has access to admin portal.
Can I pay upfront for additional users in a plan? How does billing work then?
We only support upfront payments on our annual plans. You can subscribe to a yearly plan by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. For our monthly plans, you pay as you grow your usage.
Do you offer special rates for students, educators, and nonprofits?
We offer a 30% lifetime discount to all registered nonprofit organizations. All we need to see is your official documentation, such as a copy of your 501(c)(3), or your country’s equivalent, to support your nonprofit status.
What happens when I have to upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can easily switch between the plans at any time. We'll prorate the amount we've charged you in the current billing cycle. To change your plan, drop us a line at email@example.com
What are the charges for adding extra users?
We will charge $10 for every 100 users added in the Basic plan, $20 for every 200 users added in the Startup plan, and $50 for every 500 users added in the Growth plan.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards from all major vendors, including American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners. We also support invoicing for our enterprise plans and large organizations on annual plans.

Do I need to enter a credit card to try Rapidr?
No, we don't ask for a credit card upfront, so you'll be charged only when you're ready. If you wish to continue after a 14 day trial period, we'll ask for payment details.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel at any time if you wish to. However, we only offer refunds if you cancel in the first month of your billing history.
